The Council may amend these terms from time to time. Please check these terms regularly to ensure you understand the terms that apply at that time. If you access the App after the Council has made changes to the terms you will be treated as having accepted the change.
The App and content is provided for your general information only and the Council gives no guarantees or warranties that it is accurate, complete, up to date nor that it will always be available, be uninterrupted or error free. It is not intended to amount to advice.
Although the Council make reasonable efforts to update the information on its app, the Council makes no representations, warranties or guarantees, whether express or implied that the content on our App is accurate, complete or up-to-date.
The content of the services featured in the App are subject to change at any time without notice.

Nothing in these terms shall exclude the Councils’ liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes the Council’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for fraud.

I certify that I am physically fit and have no health related reasons or problems to preclude my use of the App. I certify that I have not been advised otherwise by a qualified medical person. I understand that I am solely responsible for my health and safety, and I acknowledge that I am physically capable of participating in this activity. This App is designed to be used outdoors, I understand that I will remain aware of the environment I am in and avoid going into inappropriate areas or an area where I am not permitted to be.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of England and you and the Council submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England to resolve any dispute between you that may arise as a result of these terms or arising out of or in connection with the use of the App.
